Ford eBike Test Ride 2025 Competition
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Agreement to Terms and Conditions (“Official Rules”). Participation in the Ford eBike Test Ride 2025 Competition (the “Competition”) constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor (as defined below), which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Competition is sponsored by N Plus North America Corp, Unit 4, 15330 Valley View Dr, La Mirada, California, 90638 (“Sponsor”). This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Competition must be directed to Sponsor, and not to Instagram or Facebook. You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram or Facebook.
Odds. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.
Eligibility. This Competition is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, except for residents of New York and Florida. Entries originating from New York or Florida will be void. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant found to be in violation of these rules. All directors, officers and employees of Sponsor, Ford Motor Company (“Prize Provider”), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees, agents, advertising and Competition agencies, and each of their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses), and those living in the same household as each, are not eligible to participate in the Competition. The Competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Entry Period. The Competition entry period begins on March 5, 2025 at 12:00am Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) and ends on August 31, 2025 at 11:59pm PDT (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer shall be the official time-keeping device for the Competition.
How to Enter; Limit on Entries. There are two (2) ways to enter the Competition. Regardless of entry method, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person/household for the Competition.

Purchase a Ford eBike. During the Entry Period, to receive one (1) entry in the Competition, (i) visit www.ford-bikes.com/products (the “eBike Site”); (ii) select an eBike product (including its colour and size) and click the button “Order Now” to purchase one (1) Ford eBike (the “Ford eBike”), (either a Bronco eBike, a Mustang eBike or a 60th Anniversary Mustang eBike); (iii) follow the prompts and provide your valid email address, full name, shipping address and payment information; (iv) check the box to confirm that you accept and agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release; and (v) complete your Ford eBike purchase.

Book a Test Ride of a Ford eBike. During the Entry Period, to receive one (1) entry in the Competition, (i) visit the eBike Site; (ii) click the link to “Book a Test Ride” and select a Ford eBike; (iii) follow the prompts to select the desired test ride location, date/time for the test ride, and provide your valid full name, email address, and phone number; (iv) check the box to confirm that you accept and agree to the terms of these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release; and (v) follow the prompts to submit your Test Ride request.

Additional Entry Terms. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. If a dispute cannot be resolved to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, the potential winner will be disqualified.
Random Drawing; Winner Verification. Potential prize winner will be selected from a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about 5:00 pm PST on July 14, 2025. Potential prize winner will be notified by email and/or phone call (as applicable) submitted with the potential winner’s entry form. If such potential winner declines in writing to accept a prize, any Sponsor required documents are not returned on time, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, or a potential winner is not otherwise in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, it may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which the Grand Prize will remain unawarded. Limit one (1) prize in the Competition per entrant.
Prizes. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the following prize: (the “Grand Prize”):

Ford Bronco. One (1) 2025 Ford Bronco Sport® Big Bend® (the “Vehicle”). Approximate retail value of Vehicle (“ARV”): $40,000. The Vehicle will have less than 500 miles and 2.3L EcoBoost® I-4 Engine , 4x4 with Part Time Selectable Engagement, 4.46 axle, Open Rear Differential, Mid Package (222A), Ford Co-Pilot 360®, 17” Carbonized Gray-Painted Aluminum Wheels, 32" P255/75R17 All-Terrain Tires, Soft Top, Black Cloth Roof, Front and Rear Bumper - Black Molded-in-Color Bumpers, Rear-Window Defroster and Washer, Cloth Bucket Seats - Dark Space Gray with Black Onyx interior. Grand Prize winner may not be permitted to exchange Vehicle for another vehicle except as expressly permitted by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery; failure to show same may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner must take delivery of the Grand Prize on or before 31 August 2025. If Vehicle is not picked up at Sponsor’s designated location within 10 days of required date, Grand Prize winner bears risk of loss or damage; after 10 days, the Grand Prize is considered forfeited and an alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected from remaining eligible entries, time permitting. Actual prize may differ from promotional images. Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate vehicle if the Vehicle is not available for any reason at the time of prize award.

Additional Grand Prize Terms. Grand Prize winner must provide: (i) a valid government-issued identification in the name of the Grand Prize winner and which has the Grand Prize winner’s photograph (e.g., a driver’s license, military identification, etc.); and (ii) a properly and fully completed and executed IRS Form W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification, within 30 days of being notified as the Grand Prize winner. Failure to meet these requirements will result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner is responsible for all applicable federal/state/local income tax, state/local sales/use tax, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with Grand Prize. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. There will be no substitutions for any prize except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value at their sole discretion. Other restrictions may apply. Prior to receipt of the Grand Prize, Grand Prize winner must acknowledge their tax obligations in writing as detailed in the “Special Notes” Section below.

Special Notes: Federal law requires Sponsor or its respective agents to report to the United States Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) the value of the Grand Prize awarded to the Grand Prize winner, in the form of an IRS Form 1099-MISC. If the Grand Prize winner fails to provide a correct and complete Form W-9 within the required timeframe, Sponsor will not be able to release the prize as it may be required under IRS regulations to withhold 24% of the Grand Prize’s value as backup withholding. In such a case, the winner must submit payment of the required withholding amount to the Sponsor before the Grand Prize is awarded to the winner. Failure to do so within 30 days of Grand Prize notification will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. Each entrant acknowledges that federal and state reporting and withholding laws are subject to change without notice, that the information contained in this paragraph was applicable as of the time of printing of these Official Rules, and that Sponsor will not be liable for any change in the applicable laws or interpretations of the applicable laws.
Publicity/Use Rights. By accepting any prize, each entrant consents to the use of entrant’s name, voice, and likeness, including all accompanying personally identifiable information entrant submits or Sponsor obtains in the course of entrant accepting any prize, via all forms of media now known or hereafter devised worldwide, in perpetuity, without notice, attribution or compensation (other than the specific prizes described herein) to entrant, his/her successors or assigns, or any other entity, except where prohibited by law.
Privacy. By participating in the Competition, entrant authorizes Sponsor to collect, use, process, transfer and store all data provided by entrant, including without limitation, personal data, to the United States, or any location(s) throughout the world that Sponsor deems necessary, whether within entrant’s country of residence or elsewhere, and with such party(ies) as Sponsor deems appropriate, for purposes of administration of the Competition. All information submitted to Sponsor as part of this Competition will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy statement, available at www.ford-bikes.com/policies/privacy-policy. Personal information will be used only to: (a) provide information about the Competition; (b) contact and publicize potential winners; and/or (c) if an entrant selects to receive additional information from Sponsor on the entry form, to send additional information to that entrant during or after any Entry Period. Entrants have the right to withdraw and correct their personal data, but entrants are not allowed to re-submit their entries. Directions on procedures for submitting corrections to personal data are provided in the privacy statement of Sponsor.
Release and Limitations on Liability. By participating in all or a portion of the Competition, entrants agree to release and hold harmless all directors, officers and employees of Sponsor, Prize Provider, Instagram, Facebook and its/their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees, agents, advertising and Competition agencies (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Competition, or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Competition; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received entries; (e) errors in the administration of the Competition or the processing of entries; (f) injury (including death) or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Competition or acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize; or travel to any Competition-related events; and (g) any claims based on publicity rights, copyright/trademark infringement, intellectual property rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.
FOR CALIFORNIA ENTRANTS: EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OF THE UNITED STATES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED BY HIM/HER AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES. SECTION 1542 READS AS FOLLOWS:
“CERTAIN CLAIMS NOT AFFECTED BY A GENERAL RELEASE. A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”
Miscellaneous. The decisions of Sponsor are final with respect to all aspects of this Competition. The Competition and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the California without regard to choice of law principles. Entrants specifically agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Competition or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Central District of California, or the applicable state located in Los Angeles County, California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Competition, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Competition is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problems, or any condition caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor that may cause the Competition to be disrupted or corrupted, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Competition to address the impairment and then resume the Competition in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prize from among the non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Competition, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Competition, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Competition may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The words “include,” “includes” and “including” shall be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation;” the word “or” is not exclusive; and the words “herein,” “hereof,” “hereby,” “hereto,” and “hereunder” refer to these Official Rules as a whole. In the event of any conflict with any Competition details contained in these Official Rules, and Competition details contained in any promotional materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the Competition as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.
Winners List; Official Rules. For notification of the winners (first name, first initial of last name) and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Ford eBike Test Ride 2025 Competition, c/o N Plus North America Corp, PO Box 74, La Mirada CA 90637. Requests for the winners list will only be accepted after the end of the Entry Period and must be received by 31 December, 2025.
Sponsor. The Sponsor of this Competition is N Plus North America Corp. Entrants shall not use the trademarks of Sponsor or falsely associate themselves with Sponsor during or after the Entry Period.
The Ford eBike is manufactured and distributed by N Plus North America Corp. under license. The Ford trademark and related trademarks and designs are used with the permission of Ford Motor Company. Ford Motor Company is not a party to this Competition and has not offered or sponsored this Competition in any way. Prices advertised exclude any local taxes. Taxes and duties are applied at checkout once the shipping destination has been selected.
